When you send messages or files to our WhatsApp Business number, we receive:

• Your phone number

• Any files or documents you send (e.g., PDFs, images, etc.)
• Metadata such as timestamps

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the received files solely for the business purpose they were sent (e.g., processing expenses, contracts, reports, etc.). Files are automatically saved to our secure internal storage (Google Drive / company server) and may be accessed only by authorized personnel.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or files with third parties except:

Messages are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp. We only access messages and files you send to our business number.
